L.O.V.E
Sitting in the sun room late last night, it dawned on me…
The only thing to do on this earth is to LOVE. The only thing that we want from others is LOVE. In the end thats how it started and that’s how it will end. We all came to be from nothing and we will all go back to that very state. Love is a word that is rarely thrown out when speaking about another person. Usually we only say it when speaking of the one’s closest to us, either a family member, a life partner, a pet etc. What if we were to say I Love You to everyone and everything… what would be the results? What possible wrong can from saying I Love You… That’s correct…. NO WRONG can come from saying I Love You. Everyone will flourish under this new wave of thinking. You can simply repeat I Love You in your head all day long and feel the difference of energy it brings to your environment. People will unconsciously start to change their ways of being and feel lighter, happier and more loving when they are in your presence. Human being are not the only ones that will feel this cosmic shift in energy. The plants, the animals the insects around you… everyone and everything will feel your vibration rise and, as we know, like attracts like, so it is inevitable that their vibration rises as well. So go on and try this today… Repeat I Love You all day in your head. If your mind wanders off, that’s ok. Bring yourself back to focus and just repeat saying I Love You. To everyone and everything, even if some of these things irritate you and even make you mad. You don’t need to mean it when you say it but once you say it just a few times you will feel it inside of you that all the pressure and the irritation will melt away and you will really feel the love. So take charge and try this for a few days, be diligent and watch the world around you transform. Thank You, I Love You

Seeing Something in Nothing
As I was sitting in Calgary Airport today trying to catch up on some reading I took a minute to look around at what was happening around me; people walking without a care in the world, people working furiously on their laptops, people reading, people sleeping, people eating, people laughing and people that were frustrated with delayed flights or being tired from being at the airport all day. It made me realize that whenever, wherever you are, there is always something going on and that every moment is perfect. Even if it’s just a warm breeze brushing your face, a strangers smile or looking at a couple talking and being so in love there is always something going on around us… the key is to take a moment from time to time and enjoy it. Bask in the glory of every passing second. Life is a gift… cherish it. Too many people are rushing through life trying to get so much done and for what…. you’ll always reach the finish line so slow down and make the most of it. If you want to have all the time in the world to do what you want when you want, and have the wealth and health to go along with it, than we have something in common and I would love to hear what your all about. Thank You, I Love You
